On World Entrepreneurs' Day, the School of Business and Management, Department of Professional Management Studies, organized an expert talk on "Building a startup in the Digital Era." We, the students of Business and Management, were honoured to participate in the event. It was a delight to welcome our notable alumnus, Mr. Mohammad Maaz Khaan, as our resource person for the day. With his engaging introductory speech, the hall was enthusiastic to learn more about entrepreneurship. The session remained interactive and insightful throughout. Mr. Khaan shared about his initial startups and shed light on the challenges he faced during the early stages of his business. He emphasized the importance of developing one's identity and adhering to the core principles of the business. Through Mr. Khan's inspiring journey, we understood that failures cannot hold us back for long if consistency and determination prevail. Mr. Khaan apprised us of how artificial intelligence can be leveraged for career growth. He also demonstrated the key characteristics of an entrepreneur and the importance of having a purpose when starting a business. Mr. Khaan encouraged us to take risks and embrace entrepreneurship. His valued words ignited students' spirits to plan and start their own businesses. We thank the Department of Professional Management Studies for organizing this session and enlightening upcoming entrepreneurs.
