Bangalore has started getting colder and colder as the winter approaches. The city has lit up for Christmas and New Year. The streets are filled with people going out for shopping and just enjoying the time with their families. The shopping centres are filled with dazzling lights and colourful decorations.
The atmosphere in Kristu Jayanti College has also become festive as the end-semester exams begin winding down and students start heading home to spend Christmas and New Year with their families. The pathways of KJC are lit up with colourful and lively lights. KJC has started excluding the festive air of Christmas and New Year as 2024 draws closer to a finish.
As always, Kristu Jayanti is ready to send off a year filled with the most exciting, precious, memorable moments with heartfelt gratitude and welcome a new year filled with hopes, dreams and the determination to fulfil the promises made.
Hope, a four-letter word that can bring light to a person's darkest moment, gives a person who is beaten down a chance to stand up for themselves and all those they fight for.
Dream is a five-letter word that becomes a life purpose for a person lost in the sea of doubts and uncertainty.
Promise, a seven-letter word, is the most precious thing in the world when kept. A promise kept to oneself or others, a promise of a better life, is the most precious gift one can give.
Determination is the grit to do what you want, the passion and stubbornness to fulfil what you want, and the realization of your strength along the journey.
Christmas is the celebration where families unite to send off the year with joy, and right behind Christmas arrives New Year, bringing all of the above.
