Abdul Kalam was a remarkable leader who expressed kindness and generosity toward the public. In light of this, he stood out from former leaders, earning the label "People's President." Kalam was awarded the Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian accolade bestowed by India, for his outstanding contributions to the country. With his encouraging words, he influenced a lot of youngsters to achieve amazing things. He believed that young people are the foundation of the nation and should be treated with dignity, and he worked diligently for the benefit of students until the very last day of his life. He rose to prominence as India's most well-known nuclear scientist and earned the title "Missile Man of India." Dr. Kalam believed that students were always the nation's future and that their forward-thinking ideas would lead the nation to tremendous success. Students can foster the nation and have a bright future by receiving a solid education and receiving assistance. He placed a strong focus on instilling essential values that one must uphold throughout one's life and giving one a purpose for their own life.
Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bengaluru is extremely happy on this delightful day since the organisation received a Golden opportunity when the Honourable Former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, visited the college as part of Vichaarmanthan on March 31, 2011, and interacted with the students, faculty, and administrative staff of the college. Dr. Kalam inspired Jayantians to hope for the future by fusing their thoughts, experiences, and dreams. His significant point of interest in his address was the establishment of "Sustainable Development Systems" using the adaptable mechanism PURA [Provide Urban Amenities to Rural Areas]. Furthermore, he congratulated all Jayantians with a lovely message, which mesmerised the crowd: “Creativity leads to thinking, Thinking provides knowledge, and Knowledge makes you great”. Abdul Kalam” and Poster making contest on the topic “Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and his Insightful Vision”. The students were able to discover much more about this inspirational leader and his remarkable accomplishments owing to these programs.
Dr. Kalam constantly exhorted his students to develop into their ideal selves. Because F.A.I.L. stands for First Attempt In Learning, he advised never to give up if you fail. Dr. Kalam had the belief that teachers must encourage the development of personality and ethical nature, improve students' learning potential through technologies, and inculcate in students the determination to be imaginative and creative, which would enable them to become successful as they face the future.
