The Department of Computer Science at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University) organized an insightful Expert Talk on “Future-Proof: Engineering Skills for the AI-Powered Job Market of 2030 with Agentforce” on 7th August 2025.
The session was delivered by Mr. Santhosh Rebello, Global Workforce Development & University Program Manager at Salesforce, who shared his expertise on how future engineers can adapt to the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Mr. Rebello highlighted the significance of AI-driven tools like Agentforce in revolutionizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and creating new job roles. He emphasized the essential skills students must acquire to remain relevant in the coming decade, including adaptability, critical thinking, data literacy, and proficiency in AI technologies.
The interactive session engaged students in discussions on industry expectations, emerging AI trends, and strategies for skill enhancement. Real-world examples from Salesforce projects and the integration of AI in business processes enriched the participants’ learning experience.
