Journalism
Journalism courses aim at molding the student for a career in Journalism, both print and electronic media, and in allied fields like advertising, photography, filmmaking, and corporate communication. These courses introduce various facets of the profession of journalism to the students with theoretical knowledge and on-the-job training. The curriculum is carefully tailored to prepare students for professional or academic careers in mass communication, giving them the broad liberal arts education necessary to succeed as communicators in today's complex and changing world.

Political Science
The course in Political science aims at providing a comprehensive program of research in the fundamental areas of discipline: political institutions and process; the origins, development, and transformations of theory and concepts; understanding different approaches to political analysis; political philosophy, political theory, public administration, its principles, International relations, This course aims at molding and making the student an ideal citizen. The course introduces various facts about the profession with a blend of theoretical politics with practical knowledge. The course makes students contribute more to the nation and prepares them for the competitive world to take up administrative service.

Eligibility for Admission
A student securing 40% aggregate marks including languages in P.U.C / 10 +2 / Pre University equivalent course is eligible.
