A good leader should possess ability to build a team, lead it ahead with pride and most importantly the willfulness to take a stand whenever necessary". These traits become significant in a country overtaken by cynicism, pessimism and corruption, he further added.

In conclusion Shri Ranganath advised the gathering to believe in one’s self, to not regret your past and to be the best person today. To help students achieve success in their endeavors, he urged student to visualize success. As it was a key aspect of being successful in life.

In his address, Shri R Kumar, faculty, department of Management, said, "Talks such as these are instrumental in creating an impact on the minds of the students, if not all at least a few students will change and they would come up as good leaders in life.
