Circular regarding the examination as on 18th June, 2020

Kindly take note of the changed schedule of online examinations

1. Final Year Students (UG, PG & MBA VI Trimester)

  • Component I Online End Semester Examinations will be scheduled from 22nd June, 2020.
  • Component II Online End Semester Examinations for UG and PG will begin from 13th July, 2020. Time table for the same will be announced on 30th June, 2020.
  • Component II Online MBA VI Trimester will begin from 2nd July, 2020. Time table for the same will be announced on 22nd June.

2. First/Second Year UG programmes, First Year PG programmes and First/Second Year MCA programme

  • Component I Online End Semester Examinations will be scheduled from 30th June 2020.
  • Component II Online End Semester Examinations for these programmes are postponed and the revised schedule will be announced later.

3. Supplementary Examinations

  • Supplementary examination for passed out batches will be conducted only for 6th semester UG, fourth semester PG and sixth trimester MBA courses.
  • Component I Online Supplementary End Semester Examinations of UG Sixth Semester Courses, MBA Sixth Trimester Courses and PG Fourth Semester (excluding MCA IV Semester) courses will be scheduled from 22nd June, 2020.
  • Component II Online Supplementary End Semester Examinations of UG Sixth Semester Courses and PG Fourth Semester (excluding MCA IV Semester) Courses will begin from 13th July, 2020. Time table for the same will be announced on 30th June, 2020.
  • Supplementary Examinations of the following programmes
          * UG Second/Fourth Semester
          * PG Second Semester, MCA Second/Fourth Semester and MBA III Trimester
    for passed out and current batch students will be scheduled at a later date.

4. Grievances

  • Grievances regarding examinations, if any, may be mailed to onlineexam@kristujayanti.com (kindly mail from college mail ID).
  • Students who can’t take online examination, can take offline exam in college itself once the current situation improves.

Ps: If the government issues any further guidelines regarding the examination, we will take a decision accordingly.
