End Semester Examination

For the UG III & V Semester, PG III Semester programmes (Except MBA Programme)
End Semester Examination Fee
The III and V End Semester Examination (Regular/Supplementary Practical and Theory Courses) will be held during November/December 2022. Students are hereby informed to prepare well for the examination.

The examination fee should be paid on or before the dates mentioned below. Details of Examination Fee payment is attached herewith.

  • Without a late fee: From October 10, 2022 to October 17, 2022
  • With a late fee of Rs. 200/-: From October 18, 2022 to October 24, 2022
  • With a late fee of Rs. 500/-: From October 25, 2022 to November 05, 2022

Clear all the dues (tuition fee/lab dues/library dues, etc.) before paying the examination fee.

Students who do not apply for the end semester examination by paying the examination fee will not be allowed to appear for the end semester examination and will not be eligible for promotion to the next semester.

Payment of the examination fee is not a guarantee that students will be allowed to appear for the examination.

A student will be allowed to appear for the examination if and only if:
> The student has the required attendance for each course at the end of the semester.
> The principal/management is satisfied with the discipline of the student.

Payment Mode: Online
Students are requested to login to TCS self-service portal to proceed with payment of the fee (https://www.tcsion.com/SelfServices/).


End Semester Supplementary Examination Fee
Students who have failed in any of the courses in the previous semesters can apply for supplementary examination by sending an email request to supplementaryexam@kristujayanti.com 3 days before the due dates mentioned above. The mail content should include Name, Reg. No., Semester, Course Code, Course Title and Contact No. Details of the examination fee are displayed on the college website.

Note:
The examination fee once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted


For the UG I Semester programmes
End Semester Examination Fee
The First End Semester Examination will be held during November/December 2022. Students are hereby informed to prepare well for the examination.

The examination fee should be paid on or before the dates mentioned below. Details of Examination Fee payment is attached herewith.

  • Without a late fee: From October 10, 2022 to October 17, 2022
  • With a late fee of Rs. 200/-: From October 18, 2022 to October 24, 2022
  • With a late fee of Rs. 500/-: From October 25, 2022 to November 05, 2022

Note the following:
The first year students are requested to submit all the original documents stipulated for the verification of admission approval to the College Office (Admin Block). Only those students who have submitted their original documents related to approval of admission are eligible to write the end semester examination.

Check List of Original Documents:-
10th, 11th, 12th Marks Card, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate (applicable for students other than Bangalore University). Equivalency Certificate from AIU (for students who have done their qualifying examination in any curriculum other than Indian educational curriculum).

Venue for document submission: Admission Office (Admin Block, Ground Floor).

Note the following:
The below mentioned documents in originals along with three sets of photocopies should be kept ready for submission for verification of admission approval. Only those students who submit their original documents related to approval of admission are eligible to write the end semester examination. The date and venue for submission will be informed in the respective classes through class animators.

Check List of Original Documents:-
10th, 12th Marks Card, Degree Marks cards (All Semesters) or attested result sheets, Provisional Degree Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Equivalency Certificate from AIU (for students who have done their qualifying examination in any curriculum other than the Indian educational curriculum), Migration Certificate (Migration certificate is applicable for students other than Bangalore University, Bengaluru North University and Bengaluru Central University) and Original entrance test score card (Applicable for MCA programmes).

Students are requested to keep their certificates ready in soft copy format (scanned copies in the pdf format) to upload on the KJC Event Portal - portal.kristujayanti.edu.in, each certificate renamed with the file name format as shown below.

ROLLNO_Certificate Name :
e.g. 22ACP123_X,
22ACP123_XII, etc.

Please note:
1. The photograph should be with white background
2. Signature should be on the white background
3. Scanned copies of the certificates should be of the original certificates in the landscape orientation
(Originals plus 3 sets of photocopies and soft copies should be available in your Google drive)
EACH PDF document to be uploaded should not exceed 150KB
