NOTE:

  • Mid-Term Examination will be conducted for 75 minutes duration and the question paper is set for a maximum of 30 marks.
  • The marks secured by the student during the Mid Term Examinations shall be scaled down to the corresponding CIA/FA Term Examination component mark.
  • The schedule for FA/SA/ ESE/ ETE Examination is given in the Examination Calendar. The time table of the same will be notified three weeks before the examination on the college website.

The duration and total marks of the SA/ ESE/ ETE examination will vary according to the nature of the course and credits allotted as given below:

Eligibility conditions to receive hall ticket and appear for End Semester/Trimester Examination/SA

  • Admission procedures done and admission eligibility documents submitted on time
  • Minimum 75% attendance for each course
  • Applied for the ESE/ETE/SA and paid the Examination Fee on time
  • No disciplinary complaints from the Class Animator / HOD / Dean / COE / Management

NOTE:
Students who fail to apply for the End Semester/Trimester Examination or Summative Assessment (by submitting the appropriate form and paying examination fee on the scheduled dates given in the calendar) shall not be allowed to appear for the examination and shall not be promoted to the subsequent Semester/Trimester of the programme.
