The college considers its human resource as a capital investment which needs to be continuously augmented through sustained training and capacity building to perform multiple tasks. Faculty improvement is facilitated through the following:

In - house Faculty Development Programmes
Department level programmes
Participation in FDPs / conferences / seminars outside the institution
Reimbursement of registration fee, traveling expenses, boarding and Sanctioning duty leave

It is also an institutional practice to conduct at least one national seminar annually. These seminars are usually of inter-disciplinary and enables participation from the faculty of different disciplines.

To enhance the qualitative skills of the faculty, regular orientations, workshops and seminars are held. This kind of sessions enrich the faculty and also acts as stress busters.
