Evolve: The essence of being human is to express thoughts, ideas, emotions and achievements; expressing oneself creatively. These expressions; be it words, art, poems or intellectual compositions, are windows that help the world see us for who we are and what we contain. What is within us changes us, but what we express becomes one with the world and may cause a revolution. The Department of Management is encouraging of such expressions from students and faculties. We are happy and proud of all the Jayantians who have contributed their works of writing, literature and art to ‘Evolve 2018’. The magazine’s existence is because of the student’s interest to publish their mind’s work. We as a team are thankful to the department and Kristu Jayanti College for encouraging and supporting us through out.

Spotlight: The newsletter is named ‘Spotlight’ as it truly encompasses the achievements and milestones of the Department of Management BBA, and tells the world the efforts and success of the department as a whole. It acts as a testimony to the talents of students and the role of the department in shaping young minds, preparing them to live a life of integrity and success.
