Kridostava

The annual games and sports fest of the college, Kridotsava is hosted with great zeal and spirit. The sports day is often the first event that marks the beginning of the even semester activities. Unlike Kalajyothi, the first major event involving all the students of the college, during Kridostava the whole college is divided into six different groups with a captain for each group. Particular care is taken to see that students from different departments are clubbed together to encourage participation and sportsman spirit among the students.

Kridostava is literally the largest fest of the college extending over a span of a month with preliminaries and finals for different events. The fest comprises of both indoor and outdoor games ranging from chess to kabadi and cricket. The conclusion of the fest is marked with a grand ceremony involving finals of various athletic events. This is one of the most enthralling fests during Jayantian life.
