I was placed at Indegene through CECR, Kristu Jayanti University, and joined as a Junior Copy Editor, and my experience so far has been truly amazing. I work on a wide range of materials including digital assets, print content, videos, and banners, and underwent structured training that equipped me with all the skills required for the role. Even now, dedicated mentors continue to guide us, making learning comfortable and effective. Beyond work, Indegene strongly emphasizes employee engagement through in-office and online events, workshops, townhalls, and team-building activities, including a memorable team dinner with thoughtful gifts.
