Preamble

Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University) believes that intellectual acumen and innovative research can add value for societal development. Faculty members are encouraged to share their expertise with other organisations, integrating academic research with industry and society.

Objectives

  • To establish a framework for consultancy and corporate training.
  • To reiterate adherence to the institutional code of ethics.
  • To prescribe clear guidelines for services.
  • To set up financial terms and conditions.

Guiding Principles

  • Institutional Agreement: MoUs are signed between institutions, not individuals.
  • Prior Approval: All consultancy work requires prior approval from the Centre for Consultancy and Corporate Training (CCSCT).
  • Conflict of Interest: Services shall not conflict with the interests of the University.
  • Ethical Conduct: Code of Ethics shall be strictly adhered to, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Payment Channel: All payments must be channeled through the University's official account.
