The Centre for Soft Skills & Aptitude Training (CSSAT) at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University) plays a pivotal role in equipping students with the essential interpersonal, communication, and cognitive proficiencies demanded in today's dynamic global ecosystem. Soft skills are a cluster of productive personality traits that characterize one's relationships in a milieu, including communication skills, interpersonal skills, personal and social attributes, along with social and emotional intelligence.
Soft skills training creates a strong foundation for interpersonal relationships, which directly enhances work ethic and collaborative team dynamics. It empowers graduates to adapt proactively to changing organizational cultures, assume leadership roles, and navigate complex professional challenges with resilience and confidence.

Objectives
The Centre functions with the following specific objectives:
- To provide motivational training to all undergraduate and postgraduate students of Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University).
- To facilitate capacity building training on Soft skills with respect to their domain.
- To offer the benefit of soft skills training to the student community to bring a transformation in their life as well as career.
