End Semester Examination (ESE)

The time table of ESE will be notified three weeks before the examination. The End Semester Examination schedule for the academic year 2018-19 will be as follows:

Odd Semester (June 2018 to November 2018)
End Semester Theory Examination: 22-Oct-18 to 15-Nov-18

Even Semester (November 2018 – May 2019)
End Semester Theory Examination: 27-Mar-19 to 12-Apr-19

The duration and total marks of the examination will vary according to the nature of course and credits allotted.

Eligibility conditions to receive hall ticket and appear for End Semester Examination
* Admission procedures done and admission eligibility documents submitted on time
* Minimum 85% attendance for each course
* Applied for the ESE and paid the Examination Fee on time
* No disciplinary complaints from the Class Animator/HOD/Dean/COE/Management

Note:
Students who fail to apply for the End Semester Examination (by submitting the appropriate form and paying examination fee on the scheduled dates given in the calendar) shall not be allowed to appear for the examination and shall not be promoted to the subsequent Semester of the programme.

Students who had applied but not appear for the End Semester Examiantions of two consecutive semesters shall not be eligible for promotion.

The question paper for the End Semester Theory Examination will be out of 70 marks and the End Semester Practical Examination will be out of 35 marks.

MBA/PGDM courses having 2 or 3 credits will have End Trimester Examination conducted out of 50 marks. The CIA component total marks for those courses will be 25 marks.

The time table of ESE/ETE will be notified three weeks before the examination. The End Semester Examination schedule for the academic year 2018-19 will be as follows:

End Semester Theory Examination: 27-Nov-18 to 11-Dec-18

Even Semester (November 2018 – May 2019) [Programmes other than MBA]
End Semester Theory Examination: 23-Apr-19 to 7-May-19

BBA VI Semester Project Viva Voce for the 2016-19 Batch and the previous batch students will be held on 19-Mar-2019.
