Erasmus In School

Bridging Kristu Jayanti with European Education

Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru and Erasmus In School, Spain signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that facilitates students to get paid teaching internships in schools in Spain and other European countries. Erasmus In School is a program supported by the Erasmus + program from European Commission whose objective is to promote foreign language immersion at schools in Spain and other countries through language teaching assistants.

The agreement allows for the setting up of the Office of Erasmus In School within the Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru campus. The university serves as a distinguished reference hub in India for teaching opportunities and academic pathways across Europe.

The agreement also assists interested students in accessing comprehensive information about scholarships, grants, and other educational opportunities in Europe. Students can also obtain first-hand guidance about working in international summer camps abroad. Furthermore, the partnership enhances collaborations with universities in Spain and other European countries, facilitating bidirectional academic exchange of students and faculty members.

What is Erasmus In School?

Erasmus In School is a specialized portal where students and graduates can discover English teaching internships at schools, language academies, kindergartens, and summer camps in Spain and numerous other European nations.

Along the lines of the new Foreign Language Strategy in Education implemented by the Irish Government, has been launched Erasmus In School (www.erasmusinschool.com), a programme supported by the Erasmus+ programme from the European Commission, whose objective is to promote foreign language immersion at schools in Spain and other countries through language teaching assistants.
