EDUCATORS MEET 2021

The strive for continuous and quality education during the pandemic has presented an incredible opportunity to overhaul India’s archaic education system which is rooted in the thoughts, ideas and societal needs of the past century. The NEP 2020 requires a transformational change in the Indian Education system with a global perspective. As remote learning and technology assisted education delivery have become the New Normal in post-COVID world, there is the need for developing digital infrastructure and familiarizing with it to bridge the gaps in physical teaching and learning. The increase in social isolation and loneliness brings in the necessity to focus on socialization of virtual school learners.

The factors that determine the quality of school education heavily depends upon the quality of teaching and the quality of leadership.Principals and Educational Administrators have a challenging role to play during the pandemic in navigating a different course, to create new pathways through the disruption and drive the economic growth of a nation. Leading through uncertainty can be daunting and there are no easy solutions or no clear paths to follow. Uncertainty requires leaders to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing situation and to draw on different skills and types of leadership to achieve the best possible teaching and learning environment and outcomes for students.
