    Conflict of Interest: Consulting engagements must never conflict with the academic and research interests of the University.

    Ethical Conduct & Discretion: The institutional Code of Ethics shall be strictly adhered to, preserving client data confidentiality and proprietary discretion.
  • 5.
    Official Payment Channel: All professional honoraria, consulting retainers, and project fees must be routed exclusively through the University’s designated bank account.
