The session was handled by Mr.Ishan Bose who is leading the country –wide Marketing and Sales initiatives at KrazyBee. In the beginning he has informed that make it an interactive session and he wants to talk about the placement process out of his experience.
By taking in mind the interest of the listeners the session got started by the very most important one “Resume”. The main point he told about the resume is that to make the first half of it catchy, since not whole of it will be read by the employer. He also told try to do something out of box and also to have different versions of resume as the company differs. And most importantly the resume should be genuine.
Then next he talked about the “Aptitude”. For this he told that practice only can bring the confidence to overcome the scariness of the aptitude. Time can be managed by answering the known question rather than wasting it upon the difficult ones and he also told that if there is no negative mark then we have to make sure about answering the entire question.
Mr. Ishan said to follow “PREP” –method in order to excel in Group Discussion. That is nothing but deliver your point with the suitable reason and with an appropriate example so that it will give the emphasis to your point. Even if the topic is unknown rather than saying something he can take the points discussed and conclude it at the end of it. And he also told one should speak at least once rather than sitting idle.
At the very end he discussed about the Personnel Interview. The key point he told is that it’s all about the attitude by which we face interview and thing to be kept in mind is that they should be prepared about all the facts which have been given in the resume. If the contents in the resume are genuine and if they go through the interview easily, it’s sure that they have got lot of chance to get selected.
As concluding he talked about some of the facts about the KrazyBee and how it supports the students to get credits up to 40,000 without any credit cards. Overall the session was informative and helpful for us to face the interview.
