  • March 31st

      For all UG & PG classes
      Saturday, April 02, 2016 being college annual day, the formal programme will commence at 9.30 am. The chief guest for the day is Padmashree Prof. N.R. Madhavan Menon, Chancellor, Guru Ghasidas Central University, Chattisgarh & National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA), New Delhi.

      Attendance will be taken in the respective class rooms at 9.00 a.m. on 2nd April. Students have to maintain discipline and decorum during the programme. Parents are welcome to attend the college day programme. Friends from other colleges / neighborhood are not allowed. Possession of ID card is mandatory for entry in the campus.

      The results of audition held for College Day programmes and the tentative schedule of College Day programme is displayed on the notice board. Participants are hereby directed to take note of the same and adhere to the instructions mentioned.

      Admissions 2016-2017
      First Counseling for BBA programme in our college is scheduled on 23rd April, 2016.

      Admission drive in Jaipur for all programmes will held on 24th April, 2016. Details are put up on the college notice board and website.

  • March 28th

      For all UG & PG classes
      The auditions for College Day programmes will be held today from 2.30 pm onwards in the Mini Auditorium I. All the students / teams who have registered for the programme have to be present.

      The Library due list is displayed in the library notice board. Students are requested to check the list and clear all dues at the earliest.


  • March 18th

      For all UG classes
      Special Appreciation to all who actively participated in the clean campus drive. Let us join together and continue to keep our campus clean and green.

      As the Second Term Examinations are commencing tomorrow (19/3/2016) there will be no regular classes in the afternoon session today (18/3/2016). Students are reminded to prepare well and appear for the Second Term Examinations.

      28th Edition of VICHAARMANTHAN scheduled to be on 28th March 2016 at 10:00am in SKE Auditorium. Interested students kindly register for the same before Tuesday 22/03/2016 in the UG reception.

      Defaulters of examination fee can pay the same today (18/03/2016) with fine of Rs. 1000/-. Students who do not apply for the end semester examination by paying the examination fee will not be eligible for promotion to the next semester.

      For all UG & PG classes
      There will be a prayer meeting in the CMI Ashram Chapel today (17/03/2016) at 3.30 pm.

      Let us join together to keep our Campus clean and green. Students are requested to take special care to keep our Cafeteria neat and tidy always. Please do not throw anything on the floor. Also do take care not to leave the used paper plates and other waste materials on the staircases near the canteen or in any place where you take snacks/lunch. Deposit all waste paper/materials in the dust bins provided at different places in the campus. Please switch off the lights and fans in the classrooms when you leave the classrooms, and turn off water taps properly after use.

      For all UG classes
      Students who have completed English learning programme (LSRW in English) in Jayantian Language Learning Centre should report to MCA Conference Hall (PG Block) today (17/03/2016) for the Valedictory Session at 3.00 pm. The list of students is displayed on the college notice board.

      Variety Entertainment Programmes are invited from students to showcase on the College Day to be held on 2nd April 2016. The maximum time limit for each programme is 5 minutes only. Interested students may register their names and programmes in the reception. Registrations will close tomorrow (18/03/2016). Auditions for the registered programmes will be held on 28th March 2016.

Entry for relatives and parents is restricted due to space constraint.

      Society of Poets Department of English is offering a platform for the aspiring and budding poets of our college through the Society of Poets to present their poetic works and take part in debates concerning poetry. Interested students can gather in Mini Auditorium I on 17/03/2016 at 3.30 pm.

      For all II year UG classes
      EY Campus engagement kiosk is there at the main reception. This is an opportunity for all second year students interested in final placements to know more about EY. All the students are welcome to interact with HR Team from EY and participate in games organized by EY at the kiosk.

      For all UG classes
      Luminary, the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of the college has put up a stall today (15/03/2016) at Food Court near (Near South Indian Bank ATM). Students can visit the stall during their free time.

      Second Term Examinations will be held on 19th, 21st and 22nd of March 2016 as per the schedule given in the calendar. The time table for the same is published in the college notice boards and the college website. Students are reminded to prepare well for the examinations.

      Second MBA counseling is scheduled on 19th March 2016. Since we have Second Internal Examination on that day, only current VI Semester Kristu Jayanti Students who applied for MBA programme will have counseling on Wednesday, 16th March 2016 at 2.00 pm in MBA Block.

      The First Term Examination marks are published online. Students can verify the same and report to the Controller of Examinations if there is any grievance on or before 18/03/2016.

      For all UG & PG classes

      As informed earlier Saturday, March 12, 2016 (Second Saturday) will be a regular working day. Instead Wednesday, March 23, 2016 will be a holiday.

      For all UG classes
      Parent - Teachers' Meet will be held tomorrow March 12, 2016, Saturday at 2.30 pm. All students are requested to inform their parent about the meet. Formal Session at 2.30 pm in Saint Kuriakose Elias Auditorium PG Block is exclusively for Parents & Teachers. Students can accompany the parents for the interaction session with the course teachers immediately after the formal session at the respective venues in the UG Block.

      UG VI Semester Classes
      Students who have passed in all the courses of their UG programme and achieved the adequate credits through life skill/extension programmes as specified in the syllabus are eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony on 11th June 2016.

      Students who have passed in all the courses of First/Second/Third/Fourth semester have to pay the Graduation Day expenses of Rs. 200 to the Class Teacher on or before 15th March 2016. These students will be eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony if they pass all the courses of Fifth and Sixth semester and achieve adequate number of credits before the Graduation Day.

      M Sc. / M Com / MSW IV Semester Classes
      Students who have passed in all the courses of their PG programme and achieved the adequate credits through life skill/extension programmes as specified in the syllabus are eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony on 18th June 2016.

      Students who have passed all the courses of First and Second semesters have to pay the Graduation Day expenses of Rs. 200 to the Class Teacher on or before 15th March 2016. These students will be eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony if they pass all the courses of Third and Fourth semester and achieve adequate number of credits before the Graduation Day.

      MBA/PGDM VI Trimester Class
      Students who have passed in all the courses of their MBA/PGDM programme and achieved the adequate credits through life skill/extension programmes as specified in the syllabus are eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony on 18th June 2016.

      Students who have passed all the courses of First, Second and Third Trimesters have to pay the Graduation Day expenses of Rs. 200 to the Class Teacher on or before 15th March 2016. These students will be eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony if they pass all the courses of Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Trimester and achieve adequate number of credits before the Graduation Day.

      MCA VI Semester Class
      Students who have passed in all the courses of their MCA programme and achieved the adequate credits through life skill/extension programmes as specified in the syllabus are eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony on 18th June 2016.

      Students who have passed in all the courses of First/Second/Third /Fourth semester have to pay the Graduation Day expenses of Rs. 200 to the Class Teacher on or before 15th March 2016. These students will be eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony if they pass all the courses of Fifth and Sixth semester and achieve adequate number of credits before the Graduation Day.

      For all UG classes
      There will be a North East students meeting in the Mini Auditorium I today (10/03/2016) at 3.00 pm. All the students from North East are requested to be present for the meeting.

      Students who have passed in all the courses of their UG programme and achieved the adequate credits through life skill/extension programmes as specified in the syllabus are eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony on 11th June 2016.

      Students who have passed in all the courses of First/Second/Third/Fourth semester have to pay the Graduation Day expenses of Rs. 200 to the Class Teacher on or before 15th March 2016. These students will be eligible to attend the Graduation Day ceremony if they pass all the courses of Fifth and Sixth semester and achieve adequate number of credits before the Graduation Day.

      Today (04/03/2016) being First Friday, there will be Celebration of Holy Mass at 12:00 noon in the Main Auditorium. All Catholic students are requested to attend.

      Nrityadarpan - a dance concert by Jayantian Dancers is scheduled on 5th March, 2016 at 12.00 noon in the SKE auditorium. As the seating capacity is limited, interested students are requested to register their names individually in the form provided at the reception (UG block). Registration closes by 5.00 p.m. tomorrow (4th March, 2016). Entry is strictly for Jayantians only.
