      For all UG & PG classes
      Defaulters of examination fee can pay the same with fine of Rs. 100/- on or before 29/02/2016.

      There will be a prayer meeting in the CMI Ashram Chapel today (25/02/2016) at 3.30 pm.

      As informed earlier, February 26, 2016 will be a regular working day. March 07, 2016 is a holiday due to Maha Shivarathri.

      As informed earlier, Saturday, February 27, 2016 will be a holiday.


  • February 24th

      For II & IV Semester UG classes
      The Center for Life Skills Education (CLSE) is organizing a special crash course on Life Skills from 16th June, 2016 to 22nd June, 2016 for those students who missed the same in June 2014 & June 2015. The names of these students are displayed in the notice board. These students are expected to register themselves for the course at the Reception Counter (Main Block) on or before 15th March 2016.

      Please Note: Registration is compulsory to obtain the Hall ticket for the End Semester Examination and Certification in Life Skills is mandatory to be promoted to the next semester in June 2016.


  • February 23rd

      For all UG classes
      Entrepreneurship Development Cell is organizing a workshop on 'Opportunities in Entrepreneurship' as part of E - Week activities today (23/02/2016) in Mini Auditorium II at 1.45 pm. Students who are interested are requested to register their names with Prof. Monica Mathew (Staff Room No. III) before 12.00 noon.

      For II & IV Semester UG classes

      EDP Cell
      The E - Week programme is organized for all students of the college from 22nd February to 29th February, 2016. The events and criteria are put up on the notice board. Those who are interested to join for any event, please register with any one of the faculties. There will be a meeting of all E - Week participants today (17/02/2016) at 3.30 pm in Room No. 301, Second floor.

      Nrityanjali
      Nrityanjali, the annual intercollegiate dance festival of our college is scheduled on Saturday, 20th February 2016. To make the fest more exciting, a food and crafts carnival is planned. Students who wish to put up food & craft stalls are requested to register their names at the college reception on or before Thursday, 18th February 2016. For further details the students may contact Mr. Ratheesh P T in Staff Room No. I (First floor).

      Nrityanjali, the annual intercollegiate dance festival of our college is scheduled on saturday, 20th February 2016. To make the fest more exciting, a food and crafts carnival is planned. Students who wish to put up food & craft stalls are requested to register their names at the college reception on or before Thursday 18th February 2016. For further details the students may contact Mr. Ratheesh P T in staff room 1 (First floor).

      There will be a meeting of all CSA volunteers today (16/02/2016) at 3.30 pm in Room No. 301. All the CSA volunteers are requested to attend the meeting.

      For all UG & PG classes
      There will be an important meeting for all foreign national students today (16/02/2016) at 3.00 pm in Room no. 306. All the foreign national students must attend without fail.

      Tentative calendar of events is displayed on the College notice board.

      Doctor will be available today (16/02/2016) in the college from 11.30 am at the cabin in front of the Electronics Lab (First floor, UG Block).

      For Guidance of students Dr. Alice Aloysius, student counselor is available from 02.00 pm to 05.00 pm Monday to Friday.

      For VI Semester UG classes
      The Graduation Day Ceremony for VI Semester UG students is tentatively scheduled on June 11, 2016. Students are requested to plan the programmes accordingly.

      For Final year PG classes (IV & VI Semester)
      The Graduation Day Ceremony for final year PG students is tentatively scheduled on June 18, 2016. Students are requested to plan the programmes accordingly.

      Saturday, February 13, 2016 (Second Saturday) will be a regular working day. Instead Saturday, February 27, 2016 will be a holiday.

      Students are requested to make use of the information notice boards maintained by the three deaneries in different floors for their career growth. These notice boards are (by the side of the staircases adjacent to the examination office) weekly updated with relevant current events / news by the student coordinators of each deaneries / departments.

      Please note that 5 marks for attendance is given as part of CIA. Hence students are requested to maintain the average attendance of 95 % and above for each course to obtain full CIA marks.

      Students are requested to make use of the information notice board maintained by the various departments in different floors for their career growth. These notice boards are weekly updated by the student coordinators and students can also contribute if they find any relevant information related to their domain.


  • February 10th

      For all UG & PG classes
      As per the notification from Kothanur Police station, Bengaluru there will be a meeting of all foreign national students today (10/02/2016) at 11.00 am in S S R College. Hence all foreign national students are requested to assemble near the Main Block reception today (10/02/2016) at 10.00 am to attend the meeting.

      For all UG classes
      Nrityadarpan is the intracollegiate dance concert organized by the Literary & Cultural Association (LCA) and is scheduled during March 2016. Students who have been selected to perform on the day of Nrityadarpan have to be regular for practice sessions failing which they will not be allowed to perform in any of the forthcoming college events. Attendance will be taken from today onwards.


  • February 09th

      For all UG & PG classes
      GUITAR CERTIFICATION COURSE
      The second session of Certificate Course in Guitar for this academic year commences from 15th February, 2016. The classes are scheduled every Monday and Tuesday between 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Interested students may enroll for the certificate course by paying the first month's course fee on or before 15th February, 2016. Please note that the certificate course carries 3 credits. The details are put up on the notice board.

      Students are requested to make use of the information notice board maintained by the various departments in different floors for their career growth.   • February 06th

      For all UG & PG classes
      All foreign national students are requested to update their present residential address to the college office Counter No. 4 by providing valid document (Original & Copy of rental agreement) on or before 8th January 2016, 4.00 pm.

      Students are requested to look into the display / notice board provided in the college campus for latest update and information.

      Attendance percentage as on 30th January 2016 is available with the respective class animators. Please note that 5 marks for attendance is given as part of CIA (Refer handbook page no. 82). Hence do take care to make the attendance at least between 95 - 100%. Students who fail to maintain the attendance above 85% will be not eligible to attend the semester exam.


  • February 05th

      Today (05/02/2016) being First Friday, there will be Celebration of Holy Mass at 12:00 noon in the CMI Ashram. All Catholic students are requested to attend.

      For Guidance of students Dr. Alice Aloysius, student counselor is available from 02.00 pm to 05.00 pm Monday to Friday.

      In addition to the examination fee all Final Semester PG & UG students will have to pay Rs. 400 (Alumni fee - Rs. 200 & Provisional Degree Certificate/TC/No Due Certificate – Rs. 200).

      (2) Clear all your tuition fee dues & fine (if any).
      (3) Bring the exact change for the examination fee amount.

      The results of third Semester End Semester Examinations are published online. Students having any discrepancy shall report to the Controller of Examinations on or before 3-2-16.

      New Basketball Court Inauguration
      Our new basketball court is getting inaugurated today at 3.30 pm. In view of the inauguration there will be inaugural match at 3.30 pm itself between CMI Fathers & PG students versus Kristu Jayanti UG College team. All are welcome.
