  • December 19th

      For all UG & PG classes
      As a mark of the season of love, joy and sharing, Christmas Celebrations will be held in the Saint Kuriakose Elias Auditorium, PG Block today at 11.00 a.m.

      Carols, variety programmes and Christmas message will be part of the celebrations. Students should be seated in the auditorium before 11.00 a.m. After the programme, cakes will be shared in the quadrangle of the PG block.

      Wishing you Merry Christmas and Greetings of the Season.

      For all UG Classes
      Winners of Kalajyothi - the intracollegiate Literary, Cultural and Gospel Fest will be felicitated today (Friday). All the participants and winners have to be seated in the Main Auditorium at 3.30 p.m.

      Life Science Department organises CREATRIX, Science Exhibition in Mini Auditorium I. All are welcome to visit the exhibition.

      There will be a prayer meeting in the CMI Ashram Chapel today (17/12/2015) at 3.30 pm.
      Students who have prepared the posters on Road Safety are hereby informed to exhibit the posters on the boards in the Mini Auditorium I before 11.00 a.m. today.

      Staging of Shakespearean Play
      Department of English with the Erudite Club is planning to stage one of the Shakespearean plays. The department is offering an opportunity to all aspiring young actors of student community to join with this endeavor. Students who are interested are requested to register their names today (17/12/2015) at the reception. The audition will be at 3.30 p.m. today at Amphi Theatre.

      For all UG & PG classes
      A Poster Exhibition on the topic "Road Safety" will be held tomorrow - 17th December, 2015. Students are encouraged to express their views on various aspects of road safety / traffic regulations / methods and measures to reduce road accidents etc. The posters should be displayed in the poster boards in the Mini Audi II (2nd Floor - UG Block) before 10.00 a.m. on 17th December.

      Minimum size of the poster should be A3 (16 inches by 12 inches). Full Name, Class and Section should be indicated at the bottom right corner of the poster. Mobile number to be indicated on the reverse of the poster. The exhibition will be video graphed and telecast by Times Now Group.

      Investors Club is organizing a session on Do's and Don'ts of investing in stock market. Interested students are welcome to attend the session on 18thDecember 2015 at Mini Auditorium II at 3.30 pm.

      All UG IV Semester Classes
      As per the Autonomous curriculum UG students should achieve three credits through the achievements in Literary & Cultural/Sports or by active participation in NCC/NSS/CSA activities. Students who have not yet achieved the extension credits should register today, 16th December 2015 by 12:00 noon for the various courses offered by the department. The list of courses offered by the various departments and the registration process are displayed in the college notice board. Seats are limited for the various courses and the registration will be done on a first come first serve basis. Late registrations are not entertained. The courses shall commence from 5th of January 2016.

      NOTE:
      Students who do not achieve these extension credits within the fourth semester shall not be promoted to the fifth semester of the UG programme.


  • December 15th

      College Calendar for 2016 is ready. The same will be distributed at the college entrances between 12.50 pm and 1.45 pm today. It will also be available at the reception from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm.

      Students who fail to report for classes on the closing day (December 19, 2015) and re-opening day (January 04, 2016) after Christmas Holidays will have to pay fine. Non-availability of tickets will not be a valid excuse for absence or exemption.


  • December 14th

      ALL UG IV SEMESTER CLASSES
      As per the Autonomous curriculum UG students should achieve three credits through the achievements in Literary & Cultural/Sports or by active participation in NCC/NSS/CSA activities. These students should register for the various courses offered by the department on or before 16th December 2015 by 12:00 noon. Seats are limited for the various courses and the registration will be done on a first come first serve basis. Late registrations are not entertained. The courses shall commence from 5th of January 2016.

      UG IV Semester classes only
      As per the Autonomous curriculum UG students should achieve three credits through the achievements in Literary & Cultural/Sports or by active participation in NCC/NSS/CSA activities. Students were given additional opportunity to achieve these credits in the last semester by registering in various crash courses offered by the departments.

      It is observed that there are still students who have not achieved these three extension credits. The list of students who have not yet achieved the extension credits shall be announced by the end of this week in the college notice board. These students should register for the various crash courses offered by the department on or before 16th December 2015 by 12:00 noon. Seats are limited for the various courses and the registration will be done on a first come first serve basis. Late registrations are not entertained.

      KRIDOTHSAVA annual games and sports meet was inaugurated yesterday (07/12/2015). Students are requested to cheer up your team members during their play.

Such students should register their names on or before 08/12/2015, 4.00 pm at the reception by paying Rs. 500/- per day of absenteeism and submit the duly filled leave letter form.

      Students are hereby reminded that for participation in any events organized by other colleges, written permission / consent from Principal / Vice Principal / authorized officials of our college is needed.

      Today being First Friday, there will be Celebration of Holy Mass at 12:00 noon in the Main Auditorium. All Catholic students are requested to attend.

      KRIDOTHSAVA 2015-16
      Students who are interested to participate in KRIDOTHSAVA games are requested to meet their group captains on or before 7th December 2015. The list of group captains and schedule of various games are displayed on the college notice board and website.

      CSA Volunteers are requested to attend a meeting regarding CSA Camp today (02/12/2015) at 3.30pm in Room No. 301.

      All the class sports representatives are requested to attend the meeting regarding KRIDOTHSAVA 2015-16 today 2nd December 2015 in the Main Auditorium at 12.50 pm.

      For all UG classes except B Com (ACCA) I sem.
      The CIA (Continuous Internal Assessment) marks are published online. Students having grievance shall report to the Controller of Examinations on or before 3rd December 2015.

      For I & II year Kannada Students
      Kannada Fest is scheduled on 16th December 2015. In connection with the fest, competitions will start from 5th December. Interested Kannada students can register their names with Prof. Chandrashekar on or before 4th December 2015. Details of the events are put on the college notice board.

      For PG IV Sem.& MCA VI Sem. classes
      The CIA (Continuous Internal Assessment) marks are published online. Students having grievance shall report to the Controller of Examinations on or before 3rd December 2015.


  • December 01st

      For all UG classes
      The class time table and the classroom allotment for the current semester is published in the college notice board. Students can verify the same and occupy the respective classroom published in the time table for the current semester.

      For all UG & PG classes
      Students those who have applied for Post- Matric and Merit-Cum-Means scholarship are requested to verify their status online. In case of non approval of the same students can approach Counter No. 1 (UG Office) on or before 5th December 2015.
