  • February 28th

    • Students who have registered their names to be a part of International exchange program are requested to attend a meeting in MCA Conference (PG block) at 12.00 noon tomorrow (01/03/2014) without fail.
    • Students who have registered for the play (MACBETH) should be seated in BKE Auditorium by 11.45 am tomorrow (01/03/14).
    • There will be no Malayalam classes today (28/02/14) & tomorrow (01/03/14).
    • 01/03/2014 is the scheduled date to pay the examination fees for IV Sem & VI B.Sc (BT & MB) section students. Students are requested to assemble in the office Counter no. 2 (ground floor) for payment as per scheduled time.
      * If any of the catholic students failed to attend the retreat without prior permission / valid reason, such students should pay fine of Rs. 100/- per day.
      * Students who did not pay the fine for being absent on re-opening or any other day should clear all their dues before the examination fee payment.
      * Clear all your tuition fee dues.
      Documents required:-
      (1) Bring ID Card
      (2) Bring one Passport size photo.
      (4) Bring the exact amount of examination fee.
      (5) Students who have supplementary Exams should bring A copy of the failed Marks Card.
      NB:-
      (1) Payment of examination fee can be done only after clearing all fines & Tuition fee (if any).
      (2) Payment of University Examination Fee and Submission of the application form is not a guarantee that a student will be able to write the University Examination.
      (a)A student will be allowed to write the examination only he / she is having minimum 85% attendance for each subject at the end of the semester and Fr. Principal must be satisfied with the general behavior of the students.
      (3) If there is any increase in the University Examination fee, students are expected to pay the increased fee later.
      * All the Final Semester students should pay the Alumni Fees of Rs. 200/-
      * All the IV & VI Semester students should pay Rs. 200/- as internal examination answer booklet fee ( 2 semester).

    • NRITYANJALI – the intercollegiate dance festival of our college is scheduled on 22nd February 2014 (Saturday). Students are hereby directed to assemble in the quadrangle after giving their attendance in the respective classes by 9.00 am .
    • Students are welcome to bring their parents. Friends and students from other colleges and neighbourhood are not allowed. During the event, students should maintain the discipline and decorum of the college and should be seated in the quadrangle or the first floor only.
    • Students who have registered for the dance recital by Mrs. Meenakshi Srinivasan scheduled on 22/02/14 should be seated in the BKE Auditorium by 5.00 pm.

Students can verify the same and grievances can be rectified on or before 20th Feb, 2014 in the Examination Office.     • There will be a two day retreat on February 15th & 16th 2014. Retreat is compulsory for catholic students. If any of the catholic students fail to attend the retreat without prior permission / valid reason, such students will be levied a fine.

      i. Do not use chewing gum inside the college, by any chance you use it, don't stick the chewed gum on the furniture or throw them into the open space or into fish tank.
      ii. Dispose the garbage like wrapping paper, plastic and other waste items in the bins provided on all the floors of the college.
