  • April 28th

    • UG Students (final year students)
      Students should be present for the rehearsal of the graduation day on 29thApril 2014 at BKE Auditorium as per the following schedule.
      B Com. / BA - 10.00 am
      BCA / BBM & B Sc. - 2.00 pm
    • Students who are absent for the rehearsal of the graduation day on 29th April 2014 will not be permitted to attend the graduation day ceremony on 30th April 2014.
      Dress code for the graduation day is strictly formals.
    • Students should report as per the following schedule on 30th April 2014 for the graduation day ceremony in the BKE auditorium.
      B Com / BA - 9:00 AM
      BCA / BBM / B Sc. - 1:00 PM
      Late comers are strictly not allowed to attend the graduation ceremony.
    • Students are expected to return the graduation gown in proper condition immediately after the class photograph session on 30th April 2014 to the respective class teachers. Students will be charged appropriate fine amount if the graduation gown is not returned / returned in improper condition.
    • Students having attendance shortage will not be allowed to attend the graduation ceremony. Attendance shortage students list will be put up in the notice board on 28th April 2014.
    • The modified list of University toppers and Proficiency prize winners to be awarded on the graduation day is published in the college notice board.
    • All UG classes
      MITROTSAVA 2014 the annual alumni meet will be held on 4th May 2014 at 3.00 pm. Students are requested to intimate their relatives and friends who were ex-Jayantians about the meet. Registration can be done online by visiting our college website www.kristujayanti.edu.in. Alumni members interested to perform any cultural events can contact Mr. Charles Ambrose, Faculty, Dept. of Commerce.
    • Modified Proficiency prize winners list and 100% attendance holders list is published in the college notice board at 2.00 pm today (28/04/14).
    • Only for IV & VI semester UG classes only
      Internal assessment grade will be published on 30th April 2014. If there is any discrepancy, report to controller of examinations on the same day (30th April 2014).
    • Only for II semester UG classes
      CIA (Continuous Internal Assessment) marks for the 2nd semester UG students will be published on 9th May 2014. If there is any discrepancy, report to controller of examinations on or before 10th May 2014.
    • Only for II Sem B.Com. (A/B/C) and II Sem BBM (A/B/C) classes
      Hall tickets for the end semester theory / Practical examinations will be distributed from 10.00 am onwards by the respective class teachers as per the following schedule.
      1) II Sem B.Com. (A/B/C) - 29/04/2014 - 10.00 am onwards
      2) II Sem BBM (A/B/C) - 29/04/2014 - 10.00 am onwards
      Students are requested to clear all the dues before collecting the hall ticket.

  • April 25th

    • The hiring charges for the graduation gown will be Rs. 100/-. Students should pay the hiring charges for the graduation gown to the Class teachers on or before 26thApril 2014.

    • Parents of graduating students are welcome to attend the graduation day ceremony. Students should give the count of parents attending the graduation ceremony to the respective class teachers on or before 26th April 2014.

    • Note:
      Clear all your tuition fee dues & Fine if any.
      Fine either on the closing day or the reopening day, retreat not attended, etc., has to be cleared before 26/04/2014, 12.00 noon.

  • April 23rd

    • (II semester UG Students only)
      II semester UG students' end semester Theory / Practical examination will begin from 24th April 2014. Students can collect their hall tickets from the examination office as per the following schedule:
      II Sem. B.Sc. (BT & MB) - 23/04/2014 - 3.45 pm. Onwards
      II Sem. B.Sc. (CSMS & CSME) & all BA - 25/04/2014 - 10.00 am onwards
      II Sem B.Com. (Tourism) - 25/04/2014 - 2.00 pm onwards

  • April 11th

    • The nominees for the Jayantian Title (Mr. & Ms. Jayantian) is announced on the notice board in the reception. Students can choose the Best Outgoing Students for this academic year by voting online through TCS iON before 3.00 p.m. today. The instructions are sent to all the students by e-mail.
    • "SAMYAGDARSHAN' - The Annual Day of the college is scheduled on Tomorrow, Saturday, 12th April 2014. The Chief guest for the programme is Dr. Bagya Lakshmi - the Director for Collegiate Education, Govt. of Karnataka. The formal programme will commence at 9.30 a.m. Attendance will be taken in the respective classrooms at 9.00 a.m. Students have to maintain discipline and decorum during the programme, especially during the formal session. Parents are welcome. Friends from other colleges / neighbourhood are not allowed. Students should wear their ID cards throughout the day while in the campus.
    • The department of Hindi is organizing 'Hindi Samyag Gyan' today, 11th April, Friday, from 1.30 pm onwards. All the Hindi students are requested to attend the programme. All the Hindi students must attend without fail.

      1) Students have maintain discipline and decorum near the Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) kiosk park and surrounding area during class hours.
      2) The CCD kiosk area should be kept litter- free and hence all have to deposit the trash in the garbage bins placed in the area.
      3) Students are not permitted to park two wheelers in the area designated for staff parking, i.e., in the basement of PG block. Appropriate action will be taken against the violators. Please cooperate.

  • April 09th

    • (II semester B.Com Professional only)
      II semester B.Com Professional students' end semester examination will begin from 22nd April 2014. Students can collect their hall tickets from the examination office on 21st April 2014 from 11.00 am onwards
    • Last working day for II Semester B.Com. Professional will be 12th of April, 2014.
    • Students have to clear all the dues pertaining to:
      * Library
      * Labs
      * Clear all your tuition fee dues & Fine if any.
      * Fine either on the closing day or the reopening day, retreat not attended , etc., has to be cleared before 21st April 2014.

  • April 01st

    • There will be no regular classes in the afternoon today 01/04/2014 due to Internal Examination scheduled from 02/04/14 to 04/04/14.
    • Students should bring the ID Card during the examinations without fail. Application for duplicate ID card will not be entertained during examination days.
    • Students need to adhere dress code during the examination days.
    • Absenteeism and late coming for the examinations will be seriously dealt with. Late comers are not allowed for writing the examination.
    • Students should be present in the Examination Hall 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
    • No students are allowed to leave the examination hall before the scheduled two hours of the examination. Students who complete the examination before two hours need to maintain the decorum of the examination hall; otherwise they will be marked as absent.
    • Answer booklet will be issued by the college for the Examinations. No additional sheets will be issued.
    • Students should hand over the booklets after the examination to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. Otherwise they will be considered absent for the examination.
