  • April 21st

      For II Semester PG classes (Except MCA & MBA)
      Hall Ticket of the End Semester Theory Examination shall be issued by the Class Animators on 27th April, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

      The documents required to collect the Hall Ticket are as follows:
      1.Clear all Dues Fine/ Tuition Fee/ Lab & Library dues
      2.ID Card.


  • April 03rd

      UG Classes and PG IV Semester classes only
      List of attendance shortage students who have to attend the remedial classes and the venue for the remedial classes will be announced in the college notice board by 3:00 p.m. today (3/4/2017).

      Hall Ticket of the End Semester Theory Examination for students who are not having attendance shortage (85 Percentage or more) as on 3rd April, 2017 shall be issued by the Class Animators today, 3rd April, 2017 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

      Hall Tickets of attendance shortage students shall be issued on 17thApril, 2017 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. provided these students have attended the remedial classes without missing single session on the specified dates.

      For VI Semester UG classes
      CECR: Issue of No Objection Certificate
      All the UG students who have been placed during this academic year (Gate 2016-17) are required to be present in Mini Auditorium I, 5th Floor, PG Block, today (03/04/2017) at 3.00 p.m. The agenda of the meeting is the issue of No Objection Certificate which they need to carry to the company at the time of joining. Kindly note that students who are absent will not be entertained later.

      For all UG classes
      Certificate Course on Electronic Circuit Designing
      The Department of Computer Science (UG) is organizing a Certificate Course on Electronic Circuit Designing. The certificate course is open to students of Kristu Jayanti College and the members of the neighborhood. For non-jayantian applicants, the minimum qualification will be a pass in 8th standard. The total duration of the course will be 20 hours and is scheduled in May 2017. The number of seats are limited. Interested students may contact Mr. Nagendra, Faculty Member at the Electronics Lab, I Floor, Main Block and register on or before 20th April, 2017.

      Students who are having Attendance Percentage greater than or equal to 85% as on April 04, 2017, 10.00 am should report to the Controller of Examination and collect Hall ticket from 11.00 am onwards.

      Students having attendance percentage between 75 and 80 percentage have to be present for the remedial classes from tomorrow(4-Apr-17) onwards till 12th of April 2017 without missing any single session.

      Students having attendance percentage between 80 and 85 percentage have to be present for the remedial classes from tomorrow(4-Apr-17) onwards till 8th of April 2017 without missing any single session.

      Students having attendance percentage lesser than 75 are not eligible to appear for the End Semester Examinations.

      Scholarship
      E Pass & SC/ST Scholarship
      Students who have applied for E Pass & SC/ST scholarship can collect their scholarship from Counter No. 1 (UG Office) as per the schedule displayed on the notice board.

      Minority Scholarship
      Students who have applied for Post Matric and Merit cum Means scholarship are hereby informed to keep their Bank account active as the transferring of scholarship amount has been started.

      MBA/PGDM VI Trimester Classes
      Guidelines regarding application for Special Supplementary Examinations for the students who are having supplementary for courses of fourth or fifth trimesters (only) is published in the Examination Office notice board. Last date for application for the same is 8th April, 2017.

      M Sc. (Bio/Micro/Psych) II Semester Classes
      Term Practical Examination Time Table is published in the college notice boards and college website.
