  • February 25th

      For all UG & PG classes
      Nrityadarpan - a dance concert by Jayantian Dancers is scheduled at 12.00 noon today in the SKE auditorium. Students who have registered for the programme should be seated in the Auditorium before 11.55 a.m. All registered students should produce a hard copy/soft copy of the acknowledgement of registration for entry into the SKE Auditorium.

      College Day
      Auditions for the dance events with regard to College Day programmes will be held on Monday (27/02/2017) in Mini Auditorium I at 3.45 p.m.

      The Time Table and the General Instructions of the Second Term Examination March 2017 is published in the college notice boards and the website. Students are reminded to prepare well for the examinations

      For all UG & PG classes
      Environment Awareness Day
      The Environment Club of the College is organizing the Environment Awareness Day. The posters designed by students are displayed in the Mini Auditorium I. All are invited to visit the venue and view the posters. The students who have designed the posters are requested to assemble in the venue at 11.00 a.m.

      On the occasion of International Women's Day, Women Empowerment Cell of Kristu Jayanti College is organizing “Women Entrepreneur Business Idea Competition” for PG girls’ students on 8th March 2017.       The supplementary results are published online. Students who had applied for supplementary examination can access the "View Exam Results" link provided in the home page of the college website for the same.

      Last date for revaluation application of the supplementary courses is 20/02/2017.

      KJSS was instituted to motivate and encourage the students who are outstanding in academics, co-curricular & extra-curricular activities and to help the students who are financially backward. KJSS has three categories.

      (c) Jayantian Upliftment Scholarship (JUS)

      Application form shall be issued to the eligible students on producing the supporting documents at Counter No. 1 (UG Office).       Our partner, Appalachian State University, United States, has made our UG programmes eligible for enrolling oneself for their Master’s Programme (PG). Students who have completed undergraduate programmes from Kristu Jayanti College can enroll for Master’s programme in the Appalachian State University without undergoing any prerequisite courses. Interested students and those who have registered their names during the last meeting for higher studies in Appalachian State University, USA are required to attend a meeting today (08/02/2017) for further procedures.

Justin, Alumnus of our College (MCA 2010 – 13 batch) who was ordained priest in December 2016 will be one of the celebrants.

      'Nrityanjali' - the intercollegiate dance fest is scheduled on Saturday, 4th February, 2017. Renowned guests and student participants from various colleges will be in our campus. Jayantians are welcome to watch the event and encourage the participants. It is a day for Jayantians to exhibit their discipline, decorum, organizing and event management abilities. Students are hereby instructed not to whistle or misbehave anytime during the formal or informal events. Entry into the campus is restricted and no student will be allowed inside without ID card. Only Jayantians and registered participants from other colleges will be allowed in the campus. Nrityanjali is a full day programme. Attendance will be taken at 9.00 a.m. in the respective classrooms. After giving attendance, the students should immediately be seated in the chairs arranged in the quadrangle. For the classes in the 3rd and 4th floors, the attendance will be taken in the below mentioned venues

      A separate counselling will be held for Jayantians who have applied for admissions to PG Programmes on 3rd February 2017.

      End Semester Examination Fee
      Schedule and general guidelines for the even semester examination application and fee collection will be displayed on the college notice board and website by 12.00 noon today (01/02/2017). Students who do not apply for the end semester examination by paying the examination fee will not be eligible for promotion to the next semester.

      Nrityanjali
      There will be a meeting of the LCA coordinators and class representatives of all the classes tomorrow (2nd February 2017) at 3.45 p.m. in the Mini Auditorium I. This is with regard to organizing 'Nrityanjali' the intercollegiate dance fest.

      PG Counselling for final year KJC students
      A separate counselling will be held for Jayantians who have applied for admissions to PG Programmes on 3rd February 2017.

      For all final year students of B.Com who have registered for TESCO
      The online aptitude test for TESCO is scheduled to be held today (01/02/2017) from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon in the PG computer lab, 2nd floor, PG Block. The rest of the recruitment process will take place on 02/02/2017 from 10.00 a.m. onwards in the Mini Auditorium, 5th floor, PG Block. All the final year students of B.Com, who have registered for TESCO, are requested to assemble at the venue on time.

      KRISTU JAYANTI SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME (KJSS) (UG PROGRAMMES)
      KJSS was instituted to motivate and encourage the students who are outstanding in academics, co-curricular & extra-curricular activities and to help the students who are financially backward. KJSS has three categories.
